It is appropriate to drink 64oz. each day. Often times we think we are hungry when we are simply thirsty.

We suggest that you have half of an apple along with a cheese stick for protein - keeps that metabolism up.

A healthy diet is the first line of defense against rising cholesterol. Certain "superfoods" - almonds, oatmeal, fish, soy & red wine - can actually help lower bad cholesterol and/or increase the good cholesterol.
