Your personal certified fitness professional will help you develop a fitness "prescription" customized to fit your weight management needs so you can follow it at your gym, home or wherever you prefer to exercise. Together, you and your trainer will set realistic fitness goals based on your individual fitness level.

You'll benefit from monthly assessments, a fitness level evaluation and a plan for monitoring your progress. You'll also learn how to make exercise fun and an activity to look forward to during your week.
