How much water should I be drinking each day?
It is appropriate to drink 64oz. each day. Often times we think we are hungry when we are simply thirsty.

What is a good mid afternoon snack?
We suggest that you have half of an apple along with a cheese stick for protein - keeps that metabolism up.

A healthy diet is the first line of defense against rising cholesterol. Certain "superfoods" - almonds, oatmeal, fish, soy & red wine - can actually help lower bad cholesterol and/or increase the good cholesterol. Ideally, you want to shoot for total cholesterol under 200, with LD (the bad one) under 110 and HDL (the good one) greater than 35. Include these foods to keep your blood vessels plaque-free!

Does phone coaching really work?
My experience with Lisa's personal coaching over the phone was wonderful! At first I couldn't understand how we could work together without being in person, but after the first 5 minutes I knew this was going to work. She was able to give me tools to use to work on my goals right over the phone! I could feel her compassion and most certainly her listening skills.
